Returns
Damaged Goods
We are very thorough in checking all our items before they are dispatched, however, if you do receive a faulty or damaged item please notify us immediately at info@baruni.co.uk
Returns
Returns are shipped at customer's cost. US Customers return address is in US, providing a low cost return option. Please contact us at info@baruni.co.uk to receive instructions on how to return your garment in this situation. (Note that discounted items are are only refunded as store credit).
Refunds
We have a 15 day full refund policy, refunded amount will be paid against the original payment card.
Returned goods must be received by Baruni within 15 days
In order to qualify for refund or full store credit, all items must be returned to us within 15 days of Order receipt with the following conditions:
- Items must be unaltered, unused and in full sellable condition.
- Items must be in their original packaging/box/dust-cover and with all brand and product labels/tags/instructions still attached.
- The return must be accompanied by the original receipt.
- Refunds do not include shipping, taxes or duties.
Discounted Items
Garments which are discounted cannot be refunded and we only provide customer credit to buyers for returns of discounted items, less cost of shipping, taxes and duties.
On ordering an item from the Baruni website, the above text is considered part of our terms and conditions.
